2. User Accounts & Security

  • Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Aluz Services LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans.

  • Free Trials: We may offer a trial period of 15 to 30 days. We reserve the right to collect payment information either at the start of the trial or upon its expiration.

  • Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle.

  • Refund Policy: We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the Service, please contact us. While we generally offer refunds upon request to maintain a positive relationship with our customers, all refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

4. User Content & License

You retain all ownership rights to the data, contact lists, website information, and social media content you upload or connect to the Service (“User Content”).

  • Limited License: By using the Service, you grant Aluz Services LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

  • Third-Party Integrations: Our Service connects to social media platforms and other third-party tools (e.g., GoHighLevel features). You agree to comply with the terms of those third-party services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Automate the scraping of data from the Service without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  • Downtime: Aluz Services LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions, maintenance, or downtime.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that the information or data generated by the software is 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aluz Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website.
